Responsibilities
Assist in food preparation and cooking to ensure timely delivery of high-quality dishes
Support the First cook in meal assembly, portioning, and presentation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations according to food safety standards
Handle food safely by following proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
Serve food efficiently to guests or team members, ensuring excellent service standards
Help with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs




Follow all health and safety regulations to uphold a safe working environment for everyone

Requirements
Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments with a focus on food preparation and cooking
Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations within the food industry
Strong skills in meal preparation, serving, and maintaining cleanliness in a busy kitchen setting
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaborative work
Prior experience with food safety certifications or willingness to obtain necessary training
Passion for culinary arts and eagerness to learn new techniques in a quick-paced environment
