Duties
Safely operate company trucks and vans to transport furniture, equipment, and other items to various locations.
Load and unload items using proper lifting techniques, forklifts, or other equipment to prevent damage or injury.
Assist customers with their belongings, providing friendly and professional service throughout the move process.
Ensure all cargo is secured properly before transit to prevent shifting or accidents during transport.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to guarantee safety and compliance with transportation regulations.
Communicate clearly with dispatchers, clients,



and team members to coordinate schedules and address any logistical issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and mileage for reporting purposes.

Skills
Proven experience in moving services or warehouse operations is highly desirable.
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent certification required for driving company vehicles.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading and unloading tasks.
Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus, ensuring secure handling of large or bulky items.
Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Strong organizational skills for managing schedules, documentation, and safety protocols.
Physical stamina and agility to handle demanding workloads in various environments.
