Greet members and check them in efficiently
Manage incoming calls and scheduling appointments
Assist members with fitness equipment inquiries
Provide Fit-Fix Starter sessions for newcomers
Maintain cleanliness and support club operations

Requirements:
CPR-A & AED Certification required
Smart Tan certification within three months
Customer service and sales experience preferred
Excellent communication and computer skills
Knowledge of the fitness industry essential
