Join our agile healthcare team as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), where you will play a vital role in supporting patient recovery and well-being. In this energetic position, you will work closely with licensed physical therapists to implement treatment plans, assist with patient care, and ensure smooth clinical operations. Responsibilities
Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and executing individualized treatment plans for patients.
Provide direct patient care, including helping patients perform exercises and mobility activities safely.
Monitor patient progress and communicate observations to the supervising therapist for adjustments.
Prepare treatment areas, ensure equipment is sanitized, and maintain a clean clinical setting.
Educate patients on exercises, stretches, and therapeutic activities to promote recovery outside of sessions.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress notes,



and medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Support medication administration under supervision when applicable and ensure proper handling of medical supplies.

Requirements
Prior experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is highly preferrered
Robust understanding of medical terminology relevant to physical therapy and patient care.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare team members and educate patients.
Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Certification or licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) required; ongoing education in healthcare is advantageous.
