You will ensure that all animals receive top-tier care while developing operational strategies to enhance performance and customer experience. Collaborating with various teams, you will champion excellence in animal care. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic management of animal centres across Scotland
Ensure high-quality rehabilitation, adoption, and release services
Implement policies that foster operational excellence
Maximise successful adoption and fostering outcomes
Cultivate a positive setting for employees and volunteers Requirements:
Extensive experience in leadership within animal welfare or similar fields
Robust skills in strategy development and operational planning
Ability to manage budgets and perform detailed reporting
Effective stakeholder management capabilities
