Key Responsibilities
Assemble mold bases according to detailed drawings, CAD files, and specifications.
Fit, align, and adjust mold components to achieve proper fit and function.
Disassemble, clean, de burr, tap holes and repair mold bases as required for maintenance or engineering changes.
Inspect mold components for wear or damage and recommend corrective action.
Collaborate with mold makers, CNC machinists, and designers to resolve assembly or design issues.
Operate overhead cranes and other lifting equipment safely.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including assembly logs and maintenance documentation.
Follow all company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications & Skills
Completion of a Tool & Die, Mold Maker, or Mold Assembler apprenticeship (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in mold assembly or toolmaking is REQUIRED.
Solid understanding of mold construction, materials, and machining processes is REQUIRED.




Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings and blueprints.
Skilled in precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, indicators).
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
