We are seeking a Scooper to join our team. As a Scooper, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting and serving their desired ice cream flavors
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process customer orders and handle cash transactions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and serving area
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure food safety and quality
Prepare ice cream cones and other frozen treats according to customer preferences
Upsell additional menu items or toppings to enhance the customer experience
Provide friendly and efficient service to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers
Open/closing of shop
Prep ingredients
Wash dishes

Skills:
Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
Knowledge of basic kitchen operations and food preparation techniques




Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a rapid-paced environment
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and presentation
Ability to work well in a team setting and collaborate with colleagues
