Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair smartphones and tablets.
Assist customers with repairs, accessories, and wireless services.
Activate and upgrade TELUS and Koodo services.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Meet sales and performance goals.
Maintain a clean and organized store.
Stay current with new devices and repair techniques.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Passion for technology and mobile devices.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced retail environment.
Sales experience is an asset.
Mobile device repair experience is an asset but not required—we provide training for the right candidate.
