In this key role reporting to the CEO, the Facilities Manager is charged with maintaining a diversified portfolio that includes office, retail, and industrial assets.

With a minimum of 10 years' experience, you will lead strategic planning, manage vendor performance, and oversee compliance with all relevant regulations. Your expertise will ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction while managing costs. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily maintenance operations across properties
Implement and maintain productive building systems




Conduct inspections to identify safety issues
Manage third-party vendor relationships effectively
Support tenant operations throughout capital projects Requirements:
Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
At least 10 years in commercial facilities management
Solid understanding of maintenance practices and compliance
Experience with vendor management and budgets
