The Proposals

Manager will develop win strategies, coordinate proposal phases, and ensure alignment with customer requirements while maintaining a focus on quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and direct the entire proposal phase meticulously
Work closely with technical teams for unique solutions
Oversee and streamline the bid clarification process
Maintain databases for proposal knowledge management
Provide coaching to enhance team skills and efficiency

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
5+ years in sales or project management roles
Prior proposal management experience in consulting
Excellent MS Office and CRM software skills
