This is a part time position, Sunday - Tuesday, 9:30-6pm.

Retail Manager Responsibilities
You are the gauge of the guest experience. Monitoring the level of happiness of our guests by paying attention to cues of how the Skinbar is presented.




Supporting the team of skin therapists by keeping them focused and aware of their goals throughout the day
Carry out required administrative responsibilities to ensure the client's appointment needs and expectations are achieved, including answering emails, DMs, phone calls, and AI bot chats
Operational duties to keep the Skinbar running smoothly, such as reporting, managing labour, inventory, and maintaining Skinbar organization and cleanliness
