As a Specialty Infusion Nurse, you'll bring 2-3 years of clinical experience to the role, operating under the direction of the Manager, Infusion Services & Clinical Practice. Your responsibilities will include administering specialty medications, conducting pre-treatment assessments, and educating patients on treatment processes. Collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team is vital to your success in ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer infusion therapies and oral medications
• Conduct pre-treatment assessments for patient safety




• Document all nursing assessments and records accurately
• Educate patients on medications and expected outcomes
• Maintain clinic equipment and infection control practices
Requirements:
• Current RPN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• 2-3 years of nursing experience, infusion therapy preferred
• Valid BLS certification; ACLS and PALS advantageous
• Proficient in EMR and documentation tools
• Valid driver’s license; reliable transportation required
