This role oversees the month-end close process, balance sheet integrity, regulatory accounting requirements, financial reporting, audit support, and accounting compliance activities while ensuring adherence to established accounting policies and controls.Reporting to the Director, Accounting, they provide leadership and development for a team of accounting professionals, partners closely with Finance, Regulatory, Operations, Customer Service, and other R2R teams, and drives continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery.The successful candidate combines strong technical accounting expertise with leadership capability, business partnership skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.AccountabilitiesLead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reporting packages.Review and approve journal entries,
