In this crucial role, the Site Superintendent will manage construction site operations for a stacked townhouse project in Vancouver. The role involves providing guidance to construction and sub‑trade staff, ensuring an organized and efficient work environment. You will play a key role in meeting project schedules and maintaining site safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all site activities on multifamily construction projects
• Supervise construction personnel and subcontractors effectively
• Lead safety and compliance initiatives on job sites




• Advance construction schedules and monitor progress
• Identify and resolve onsite challenges or issues
Requirements:
• Comprehensive experience in multifamily or commercial superintendent roles
• Preferred trade background in carpentry or Gold Seal Certification
• Solid communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Familiarity with MS Project and SiteMax is beneficial
