Working full time during late hours, you will manage scheduling, timecards, and ensure the delivery of services that focus on healthier living alternatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate After Hours program operations effectively
• Provide direct supervisory support to staff
• Assist youth in their transition from the street
• Manage team scheduling and time-management tasks




• Foster a nurturing environment for at-risk individuals
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in human/social services or related field
• Minimum of five years of youth support experience
• First Aid and crisis intervention training benefits
• Ability to handle conflict and maintain professional boundaries
• Driver’s license and successful criminal record check required
