Commercial Banking Solutions Manager (Pricing and Lending) 5 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Mandate The Commercial Banking Solutions Manager is responsible for assisting the Business Technology Leads in organizing, delivering & executing on strategic initiatives, preparing test cases and conducting ad‑hoc activities related to the bank's commercial loan systems including but not limited to Pricing and the Profitability Tool (P&P), LTS (adjudication software), RRT (risk rating software), and Livelink (workflow tool) as well as any other commercial loan systems implemented over time. The manager also supports the Business Technology Training & Communications team to update user manuals for P&P, LTS, RRT, Livelink, and other core systems, and ensures all training and guidance materials for credit analysts and other users remain relevant on intranet portals. Additionally, the manager will co‑own the Help Desk function for the commercial lending systems and act as a contact for front‑line bankers for all questions regarding the commercial loan systems, risk‑rating models, or business processes. Responsibilities include responding to Help Desk emails and providing prompt and accurate responses, handling complex inquiries, and escalating systemic issues for resolution. Key Accountabilities Participate in providing business requirements to technology partners so solutions address business needs. Assist the Business Tech Training Manager in preparing and conducting training sessions related to commercial lending systems to optimize user knowledge and skills. Lead test‑case preparation for UAT, coordinate business testers, execute testing,



and support implementation of all technology enhancements on behalf of the line of business; track and report defects to the Business Tech Lead and Delivery Test Manager. Work with the Communications Manager to keep job aids and user guides current and accurate and aligned with user requirements. Act as a relationship manager on assigned projects/programs and ensure alignment with enterprise and group goals. Support strategy execution by leading transformation roadmaps/programs to ensure disciplined delivery and successful change management. Provide specialized consulting, analytical, and technical support to business lending personnel, identifying people to enlist to resolve issues and respond to enquiries. Work with the Business Technology Training Team to support the development and updating of the employee On‑Boarding Program and maintain e‑learning related to commercial loan systems. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in commercial credit underwriting or commercial banking and a post‑secondary degree in a related field (e.G., MBA, CFA) or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong facilitation, influencing, and negotiation skills with key stakeholders. Strong commercial banking and adjudication software experience. Solid analytical skills and ability to understand financial data. Experience with Pricing and Lending and assistance on tech calls. Strong written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to multi‑task across diverse challenges. Open‑minded, effective communication skills,



and comfortable with ambiguity. Knowledge of bank systems including P&P, RRT, APMS, LTS, and Livelink (plus others). Salary $75,900.00 - $141,900.00 Pay Type Salaried The above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type. Salaries will vary based on location, skills, experience, education, and job qualifications, and may include a commission structure. For part‑time roles, salaries are prorated. For commission roles, the listed salary represents the expected target for the first year in this position.
