TMVC is currently looking for a proactive and highly productive Part time MOA to join our team in our Kamloops Clinic. This role will suit a motivated individual who likes to provide a pleasant experience for clients and who is looking for part time/casual work. Must be available for weekly/ bi weekly shift (includes some Saturdays) and vacation/sick coverage. Would suit a retired/semi retired individual.

Key Responsibilities

Reception office duties
Greeting and registering clients
General office duties, including faxing and scanning and ordering office supplies




Handling clinic flow and keeping the space clean and presentable
Creating invoices and processing payments
Explaining/selling services and products to clients
Booking follow-up appointments
End of day closing

Skills & Qualifications:
Completed High school
MOA diploma or combination of the equivalent education and experience.
2- 3 years experience in an administrative role
3+ years customer service experience

Expected start date: As soon as possible Job Type: Part-time, Permanent (4 - 8 hours per week)

Salary: $22-$23.50 per hour

Pay: $22.00-$23.50 per hour
