Job Title: Project Manager - Retail Transactions

Required Skills
5–10+ years of project management experience delivering technology projects.
Hands-on experience with Retail, POS, Payment Systems, or Store Technology implementations.
Solid understanding of retail transaction systems, payment processing, and system integrations.
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of Retail Transact projects, including POS, payment systems, and store technology implementations.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors,



and third-party partners to ensure successful project execution.
Oversee integrations between POS systems, payment gateways, omni-channel platforms, and other retail applications.
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, security standards, and organizational governance policies.
Lead project governance meetings, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployments, and store rollout activities.
Monitor project performance and ensure timely resolution of project challenges.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and best practices.
