Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients achieve relaxation and relief from tension through various massage techniques. This role requires excellent communication skills and a robust understanding of medical terminology to effectively address client needs and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic techniques.
Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly sanitized and stored.
Assess client conditions by reviewing medical histories and conducting thorough consultations before treatments.
Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments or self-care practices.
Document treatment plans, progress notes,



and any changes in clients' conditions accurately in the client management system.
Uphold skilled standards of customer service, ensuring a welcoming environment for all clients.

Requirements
Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist is required.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology to communicate effectively with clients and healthcare professionals.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
Strong communication skills to explain treatment plans clearly and address any client concerns.
