Candidates will have to perform timely reporting of work related injuries.
They’re appointed to liaise with employees, departments, health care providers to ensure a timely return to work after injury or illness.
Candidates will also have to assist employees during modified work plans to maximize success
Candidate will also have to educate staff in regards to compliance with the infectious disease guidelines
They’ll have to provide routine TB surveillance for staff with patient contact

Job requirement
Candidate must attains diploma or Bachelor of Science in Nursing




They must have occupational Health Nursing Diploma or Certificate or currently working towards/agreement to work towards.
Candidate must demonstrated continuous education required to remain current in trends of Occupational Health Nursing
They must have completed registration in positive standing with College of Nurses of Ontario

Work setting
Candidate must attains 3 to 5 years Occupational Health Nursing experience, preferably in a hospital setting
Candidate must attains proficiency in venipuncture, subcutaneous and intramuscular injections
