Duties
Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process
Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate staff members
Schedule appointments accurately using electronic medical records systems such as Accuro EMR.
Verify patient information, update records, and assist with insurance documentation
Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
Support clinical staff by preparing exam rooms and assisting with patient flow management




Maintain organized electronic medical records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations

Qualifications
Proven experience in a medical or dental office workplace, with familiarity using electronic health record systems like Accuro EMR
Strong knowledge of medical terminology to accurately communicate with patients and staff
Previous experience as Family medicine clinic receptionist desirable
Excellent office experience, including managing front desk operations and multi-line phone systems
Demonstrated ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently in a rapid-paced setting
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse populations
