Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide friendly customer service to enhance their dining experience
Assist with food preparation, plating, and ensuring food safety standards are met
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling accurately
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, kitchens, and restrooms by performing regular cleaning tasks
Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene standards
Support meal preparation activities in the kitchen to ensure timely service during busy hours
Experience
Prior food service experience or hospitality background preferred but not required; training will be provided
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Experience with restaurant operations including serving, cashiering, or food preparation is advantageous
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices is desirable
Previous experience in hotel or barista roles can be beneficial for guest interactions
Ability to work efficiently in quick-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
