Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Optimize and order materials for fabrication and for the job sites
Read and interpret blueprints, specification, and technical drawings to guide project execution accurately.
Coordinate with General Contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Monitor project progress regularly, adjusting schedules and resources as needed to meet deadlines.
Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with project drawings




Prepare detailed estimates as required for PCN's, CO's, and other items that arise during the construction phases
Manage project documentation meticulously, including change orders, progress reports, and inspection records.

Skills
Proficiency in blueprint reading, specification interpretation, and construction drawings.
Experience with construction estimating processes and tools to develop accurate project budgets.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in fast-paced environments.
Proven track record in project management within the construction industry with hands-on construction experience.
Ability to coordinate multiple teams while maintaining explicit communication channels across all project phases.
