We're growing, and we're looking for a registered dental assistant who shares our values and wants to be part of a team that genuinely loves what they do.

What you'll do
Chair-side assisting across a wide range of procedures including hygiene, restorations, extractions, and more
Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms according to infection control protocols
Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos with accuracy and patient comfort in mind
Help patients feel at ease — explaining procedures, answering questions, and building trust
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in our dental software
Collaborate with the front desk and hygiene team for smooth scheduling and patient flow
Support inventory management and ordering of clinical supplies

What we're looking for
Current RDA certification in Alberta (in positive standing with CADA)




Valid CPR and first aid certification
Experience with digital X-rays and intra oral imaging; fe and intra oral scanning is an asset
Exceptional chair-side manners — patients of all ages should feel genuinely cared for
Strong attention to detail and commitment to infection control standards
A team-first attitude with excellent communication skills
Recent graduates welcome — we love helping new RDAs grow as long as they are enthusiatic and motivated.
