Duties
Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to ensure their comfort and safety.
Support with medication administration following prescribed schedules and safety protocols.
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences.
Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a tidy living environment.
Provide companionship and emotional support to foster social engagement and reduce feelings of isolation.
Help clients with mobility exercises or transfers to promote physical health and independence.




Document care activities accurately in client records and communicate any changes or concerns to supervisors promptly.

Skills
Prior experience in assisted living or nursing home settings is not necessary, training is provided.
Background in senior care, including working with individuals with disabilities or dementia.
Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety standards.
Excellent caregiving skills combined with patience, empathy, and active listening abilities.
Ability to perform light cleaning, meal preparation, and home care tasks efficiently.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and families.
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or client needs while maintaining professionalism.
