This position includes a 4x4 schedule rotation of day and night shifts. As a Mine Operations Supervisor, you will report to the Senior Supervisor and ensure effective operations in the Elk Valley, British Columbia.

The role demands excellent communication and leadership skills, along with a passion for continuous improvement. You will empower your team while managing critical operational activities and adhering to health and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor operations crew towards achieving targets
Optimize truck, shovel, drilling, and blasting functions




Enforce safety programs and environmental regulations
Read mine plans and coordinate with engineering staff
Participate in safety investigations and industrial relations

Requirements:
Valid Open Pit Shift Boss certificate is required
Minimum three years in open pit mining operations
Robust knowledge of BC Health and Safety Codes
Experience with Wenco Dispatch system preferred
Valid Class 5 Driver's License or equivalent
