Join our team as a Remote IAM Test Lead based in Calgary, AB. Oversee testing for IAM Identity Governance, ensuring security and compliance in an agile workplace. In this role, you'll be responsible for orchestrating all testing processes related to the Identity Governance program.

This involves developing comprehensive test strategies, validating identity administration workflows, and collaborating with various departments including Cybersecurity and application owners. Your leadership will ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage the overall test strategy and documentation
Facilitate comprehensive testing cycles, including SIT and UAT
Validate access provisioning and identity lifecycle management




Monitor and report on testing progress against objectives
Manage stakeholder communication and quality assessments Requirements:
8+ years of testing experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
Hands-on familiarity with IAM tools like SailPoint and Workday
Experience conducting audits and working in compliant settings
Strong skills in Azure DevOps for testing management
