Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC press brakes to produce precision formed parts.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
Select the correct tooling and perform machine setups.
Verify dimensions using calipers, tape measures, protractors, and other precision measuring equipment.
Perform first-off, in-process, and final inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.
Make minor program or machine adjustments as required.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work safely while following all company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.
Qualifications
Previous experience operating CNC press brakes is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Experience using precision measuring instruments.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required.
Comfortable standing, bending, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with custom, low-volume or one-off manufacturing.
Forklift or overhead crane experience is considered an asset.
Experience working in a machining or metal fabrication setting.
Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
