DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Commitment to promoting safe work practices and positive workplace environment
Supervise approved exploration drill and field programs in a safe manner following company standards, policies and procedures:
Planning and implementation of drilling programs
Supervise drills, produce drilling summaries and follow up on drilling deviations
Send daily drilling reports Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety and accident prevention standards and implement corrective measures (if applicable)
Ensure that field work is carried out in accordance with operational guidelines and government laws (mines, forestry, environment, municipalities, etc.)
Supervise the personnel under their purview (geologist, technicians, drillers) Participate in the writing of technical and statutory reports for the company, partners (if any) Detailed interpretation and ongoing analysis to improve the understanding of mineralization controls for existing deposits
Develop geological models (lithology, structure, alteration, mineralization) at the regional and deposit scale
Proposal and development of new exploration targets
Prepare current permit applications and submit renewals or new permits if necessary
Ensure compliance with environmental and other regulations and laws
Mentor and develop Geologists to prepare them for future Project Geologist role What you Bring to Wallbridge:

· Experience exploring for precious and base metals in diverse geologic settings and field environments
· Background and knowledge of gold-related metallogeny, geochemistry and geophysics within Archean terrane is considered an asset
· Effective computer skills including MS Office and geologic software (e.g., Leapfrog, QGIS, ioGAS, acQuire) EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS
Bachelor's degree in geology or equivalent
P.Geo designation from a provincial association, OGQ preferred
Minimum relevant work experience of 5 years
Bilingual French/English is preferred
