Branch Manager The Branch Manager has a key role in the Volvo Group, Prevost Division to develop and mobilize the members of their team to meet business goals and ensure repeat business and continued customer loyalty. Provide in office leadership, motivation and direction for the branch staff Expand the customer base and branch profitability Develop personal, qualified and technical skills for themselves and their team on an ongoing basis Resolve conflicts between team members and customers Maintain a business owner mentality with solid financial acumen Ensure compliance with company policies, rules and values Permanent position Minimum of 5 weeks of vacation Retirement plan with employer contribution up to 7% Bachelor’s degree with a business major preferred or equivalent training Excellent knowledge of the bus, truck, and/or automotive industry Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Negotiation skills – ability to balance both sides of the sales equation (customer / business objectives)
