Role Description The Project Manager is a full time, hybrid role based in Southern Ontario, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients, consultants, and trade partners; preparing and maintaining project schedules; tracking progress and resolving issues that could impact timelines or quality, and costs.

The Project

Manager will manage procurement and expediting of materials, oversee logistics and inspections, and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The role also involves leading project meetings, and supporting continuous improvement in construction management processes.

Qualifications

Strong and organized communicator.
Project Management experience and the ability to oversee scope, schedule, and budget.




Capabilities to manage and assist with procurement, material tracking, and coordination with suppliers.
Inspection experience to verify work quality, ensure adherence to plans and codes, and support site compliance.
Logistics Management skills to coordinate site deliveries, resource allocation, and sequencing of construction activities.
Relevant experience in engineering and construction management, ideally with multi-stakeholder real estate projects.
Post-secondary education in engineering, architecture, or a related discipline is preferred.
Robust organizational and time-management abilities.
Clear, qualified communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and partners.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and sound judgment in fast-paced project environments.
