Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the Hotel, service, and customer satisfaction having daily meetings with Hotel general Manager.

-Must be a valuable Team Leader.
Able to interact with Brand, Hotel staff & Ownership.
Ensure compliance with Brand Standards and keep eyes on overall operations.
Manage and train staff on proper areas and develop procedures, if required.
Handle all transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and expenses.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees.
Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Experience:
Previous experience in Hotel management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of managing and maintaining brand standards, preparation techniques, Managing all departments and develop staff handling procedures.
Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team of employees.
Familiarity with Hotel operations, systems and equipment's.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations effectively.




Experience in all departments or hotel management is a plus.
