• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment strategies • Implement and document therapeutic techniques as needed • Ensure compliance with confidentiality standards in documentation • Facilitate communication among families and rehab staff for cohesive care • Mentor therapy assistants and students during their clinical practice

Requirements: • Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy • Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario • 2+ years experience in pediatric or healthcare settings preferred • Solid interpersonal and organizational skills • Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations as required
