We are currently seeking a new addition to join our kitchen team! Dependability, hard work & good attitude are a must. The ideal candidate will have kitchen experience prepping and working on the line, who takes direction well, but is also self motivated, has an eye for detail and has a reliable mode of transportation.

However, we are willing to train the right team member who demonstrates a passion for cooking and is eager and willing to learn.

Pay depends on experience, but is subsidized with a generous tip out. Food safety handler certificate is also an asset, but can be obtained upon hiring.

Must be available to work evenings, weekends and possibly days.

Summary

As a Part-time Prep/Line Cook, you will be integral to our kitchen team, responsible for food preparation and cooking to ensure high-quality meals are served to our guests. Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, you will utilize your core skills in food handling, meal preparation, and kitchen experience to maintain food safety standards and contribute to a smooth kitchen operation.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is handled and stored safely to maintain quality and safety.
Assist in meal preparation and presentation for service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, workstations and dish areas.
Collaborate with team members to ensure productive kitchen operations.
Follow food safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
