Lead the complete lifecycle of ML models
Facilitate daily management of team tasks
Document and promote data science best practices

Requirements:
3+ years in hands-on data science
4 years managing a data science team
Knowledge of MLOps tools and cloud platforms
Solid Python and ML engineering skills
Excellent communication and structured thinking
