Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a rapid-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to specified recipes and standards
Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
Assist in meal preparation during busy service periods, maintaining consistency and quality
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Monitor stock levels and notify management of any shortages or needs for reordering




Support the team during service by serving dishes promptly and accurately
Follow health and safety procedures at all times to minimise risks within the kitchen environment

Experience
Previous kitchen experience or culinary training is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
Experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant environments is advantageous
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is preferred
Experience with meal preparation and serving in a busy setting will be beneficial
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
