Duties
Ensure all kitchen areas, utensils, dishes, and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to health standards.
Assist with basic food preparation tasks under the supervision of chefs or kitchen staff to support meal service.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen stations, and storage spaces to promote a safe and organized workspace.
Support food handling procedures by properly storing ingredients and supplies to prevent contamination.
Help with dishwashing duties during busy service hours to keep up with high-volume demands.
Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, cleaning chemicals,



and kitchen equipment use.
Assist with receiving deliveries, organizing supplies, and ensuring proper storage of ingredients.

Qualifications
Prior experience in restaurant, hotel, or food service environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
Robust knowledge of cleaning procedures and food safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Basic understanding of food handling and preparation practices.
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues.
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
Previous experience in hospitality or serving roles is a plus but not mandatory.
