Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in every plate
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients to streamline kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety and handling protocols
Support the serving staff by ensuring timely delivery of freshly prepared dishes to guests
Follow all health regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies,



notifying management when stock needs replenishing

Experience
Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with kitchen routines and standards
Hands-on experience with food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly in a quick-paced setting
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices to ensure guest safety and compliance
Strong understanding of serving protocols and customer service principles within the food industry
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
Previous kitchen experience that showcases teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude toward learning recent skills
