Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Cook a variety of menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste and ensure freshness
Support the kitchen team during busy periods by efficiently executing meal preparation tasks
Follow all safety protocols related to cooking, knife handling, and equipment use




Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and uphold the restaurant’s reputation

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within a restaurant or food industry setting
Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards
Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-pressure workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and coordination in the kitchen
Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and culinary terminology
Prior experience with serving customers is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
