Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble components for menu items with precision and speed
Cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to ensure a safe, productive kitchen setting
Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
Assist in plating and garnishing dishes to enhance visual appeal before serving
Support the kitchen team during busy hours by efficiently managing multiple tasks




Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health regulations and quality standards

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within a restaurant or food industry setting

Excellent skills in meal preparation, with attention to detail and consistency
Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining quality standards
Knowledge of serving protocols and customer service expectations in a rapid-paced environment
Kitchen experience that demonstrates reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude
