This Director role focuses on enhancing safety culture and ensuring compliance across our Vancouver or Victoria branches. KINETIC is looking for a strategic leader with over ten years of experience in Health, Safety, and Setting.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in safety culture improvement and operational excellence within the construction sector. This position requires a blend of leadership skills and an understanding of construction operations to drive compliance and risk management effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement health and safety strategies
Enhance the safety culture through active engagement




Ensure regulatory compliance and COR certification
Manage incident responses and risk assessments
Continuously improve the HSE management system Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in HSE leadership roles
10 years in Health, Safety, and Workplace roles
Relevant post-secondary education and certifications required
Strong knowledge of construction safety practices
Ability to influence and coach teams effectively Drive KINETIC’s safety initiatives and promote a proactive culture focusing on continuous improvement in health, safety, and compliance.
