Duties
Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards
Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality, presentation, and consistency
Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by completing prep tasks promptly




Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs
Ensure all food is stored correctly and waste is minimized through proper procedures

Experience
Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred but not required
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
Experience with meal preparation and working in a rapid-paced kitchen environment
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently under pressure
Solid teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration in the kitchen
Basic understanding of serving protocols and customer service expectations
