We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full Time Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items with precision and consistency, ensuring a high standard of food quality and safety. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met
Serve dishes promptly and efficiently during busy service hours
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients




Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation

Qualifications
Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service preferred, especially within a restaurant or food industry setting
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Solid understanding of meal preparation, food presentation, and kitchen operations
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment are advantageous
