Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality dishes. Your enthusiasm for food service and commitment to food safety will help create a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and quality standards
Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining consistency and presentation
Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation
Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients




Support the kitchen team during busy periods by maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Ensure all food served meets health regulations and company standards
Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service experience

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a restaurant environment
Solid understanding of food handling safety practices and sanitation procedures
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a quick-paced setting
Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment usage
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Familiarity with serving standards and customer service expectations in the food industry

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
