This role demands a passionate Manager to oversee the Black Achievers Program, focusing on recruitment and training of mentors who empower youth in their community. You'll facilitate training sessions, engage with schools for increased program awareness, and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to improve youth outcomes. Your efforts will contribute significantly to the development and fulfillment of black youth in the Greater Toronto Area.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee staff and mentor recruitment and training • Promote program participation at schools and events • Develop and implement equitable policies • Collaborate on program awareness and fundraising • Maintain accurate budget and program reports

Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Social Work or similar degree preferred • Three years of relevant youth work experience required • In-depth knowledge of anti-Black racism issues • Excellent communication and facilitation skills • Access to a vehicle desirable
