We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests enjoy delicious and secure meals while adhering to food safety standards.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and menu plans.
Ensure all food handling and preparation meet health and safety regulations.
Assist in the planning of menus, considering seasonal availability of ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.




Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to enhance menu offerings.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or food service setting.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal presentation.
Familiarity with food handling procedures and food safety regulations.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining quality standards.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A passion for cooking and helping others enjoy great food.
