Responsibilities
Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and assembling ingredients to support chefs and kitchen staff
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, equipment, and work areas to uphold hygiene standards
Support food handling procedures by following safety protocols and proper storage practices
Help with serving food to customers or guests efficiently and courteously




Ensure the proper disposal of waste and recycling materials to keep the kitchen organized and sanitary
Follow all food safety regulations and health guidelines during meal preparation and service
Support the team during busy periods by managing stock levels and restocking supplies as needed

Skills
Previous experience in food service or working within a restaurant environment is highly desirable
Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and hygiene standards in the food industry
Ability to assist with meal preparation and basic cooking tasks efficiently
Strong understanding of serving protocols and customer service principles
Valuable physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks effectively
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues
Willingness to learn new skills related to kitchen operations and food safety regulations

Pay: $18.40-$22.00 per hour
