Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service. This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced restaurant environment while contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. Prior kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred, and a strong understanding of food safety standards is essential.

Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including sanitizing work surfaces and utensils
Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of food products
Support the team during busy service hours by ensuring timely meal preparation
Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless workflow and excellent customer service

Requirements
Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service preferred; restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus
Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards in the food industry
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and culinary best practices
Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings if required
A genuine passion for culinary arts and delivering high-quality food experiences
