Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes with attention to quality, presentation, and food safety standards. Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
Cook a variety of dishes with precision, ensuring consistency and presentation standards are met
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations
Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures at all times
Serve dishes promptly and courteously to guests or servers in a timely manner
Support team members during busy service periods to ensure smooth kitchen operations




Follow all sanitation policies and procedures to uphold health standards

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
