We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong understanding of food safety standards. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
Ensure all food is cooked properly and served in a timely manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours
Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients or supplies




Serve dishes promptly and courteously to guests or servers as required

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
Solid knowledge of food handling, safety, and sanitation standards
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Knowledge of meal preparation and presentation standards
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to adapt to different station responsibilities as needed
